Is my data secure?

Yes. Your personal data is fully encrypted using industry standard security and is safely stored anonymously on our secure servers. This means that no one (including Your.MD staff) can access an individual users information. It is ensured by anonymising data ‘on the fly’, meaning that we do not associate a conversation between a user and our system to identify an individual.  Our approach to personal data is that it belongs to the user and as such they must have full access and control of it.
